Mission:
The corporate mission of BuildingGreen, LLC is to facilitate transformation of the North American building industry into a force for local, regional and global environmental protection; for preservation and restoration of the natural environment; and for creation of healthy indoor environments — while promoting the well-being of its employees, owners, and associates.
In pursuit of this mission, BuildingGreen seeks to:
- Serve the building industry with unparalled access to accurate, unbiased, and timely information, written from a whole-systems perspective and highlighting an integrated design approach to bring the built environment into greater harmony with the natural environment;
- Foster relationships within the building industry that enable and empower parties involved with design, construction, and operation of buildings to create a built environment in harmony with the natural environment;
- Promote the health and prosperity of our employees, owners, associates, and customers; and
- Model socially and environmentally responsible business practices and corporate citizenship.
