LEED for Neighborhood Development

LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) is unlike any other LEED system. A joint project of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the Congress for New Urbanism, LEED-ND addresses not only green building but also land use, infrastructure, and transportation.
