The Living Building Challenge:
Can It Really Change the World?


Project teams across the U.S. are using innovative approaches to meet the stringent requirements of Cascadia Green Building Council’s Living Building Challenge (LBC). Buildings seeking this certification must achieve net-zero energy and water use, and use only materials are regionally sourced and not harmful to health and the environment.
