Click a button for tips and guidance from LEEDuserA point is earned if the project is built on a site that does not violate any of the listed conditions, such as prime farmland, proximity to water bodies or wetlands, and relationship to floodplains. In LEED for Commercial Interiors the project gets five points if it is in a LEED-certified building, or up to five points if the building it's in has certain LEED-endorsed qualities, such as a stormwater management and reflective roofing.This is an unofficial summary for general information only.
