LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance EAp2

All LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance projects have to earn this prerequisite by achieving an Energy Star performance rating of at least 69. Building types that are not eligible for energy performance ratings have to show at least 19% less source energy use than the national average for that building type.
