All paints and sealants used indoors have to comply with the designated standard: Green Seal Standard GS-11, Green Seal Standard GS-03, and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1113. In LEED for Schools this is part of a composite point including credits 4.1 through 4.6; all of these except 4.5 reference the California Department of Health Services standard used by CHPS and Spec section 01350.
