I-BEAM consists of an informational Web site and downloadable modeling software. The software contains text, visual, and interactive components that can be used to conduct an IAQ audit; diagnose IAQ related health problems; establish an IAQ management and maintenance program; plan IAQ-compatible energy projects; protect occupants from exposures to construction or renovation contaminants; and calculate the cost, revenue, and productivity impacts of planned IAQ activities.
