High Performance Building Guidelines

These guidelines are designed to bring awareness of green design to New York City's building procurement process. The document, however, is well designed and general enough to serve as an excellent resource for anyone working to incorporate environmental principles into commercial buildings. Great graphics provide multiple layers of information. The guidelines can be purchased on-line from the New York City Department of Design and Construction.
