A hands-on, practical guide to making cohousing happen, this book was revised in 2004. It explains the development process, from forming a group, through buying land, designing, financing, and construction, to moving in. Although it has a chapter devoted to the environment, it does not address environmental issues as comprehensively as other books. It is more useful as an aid to make the development process comprehensible.
