These panels can be machined and worked with typical carpentry tools; fasteners should be resistant to corrosion. The consolidation of eight IRS processing locations into one general campus resulted in over one million square feet of programming space. An underfloor air system with multiple air handlers allows sections of the building to be turned off while maintaining an open floor plan. Below-ground parking, green roofs, and low-flow fixtures contribute to stormwater management, while low-flow fixtures reduce potable water use.
