I have a lovely property in an affluent section of Westchester County New York. It previously was a tropical fish aquarium and has both a capped well for geo-thermal and free southern exposure for solar. Zoned one family 0.79 acres and flat. I would like advice concerning the best way to market this to architects or other individuals that can take advantage of this property by tearing down the existing structure and building a modern green home.

Nice work! MyGreenBuildings in Sarasota Florida rebuilt Forida's first ever gut and rehab of an existing home to be rated under the Florida Green Building Coalition's Green Homes program and it was the 2nd highest scoring home of thousands rated under the program. That was in 2007. In 2009 we completed another gut and rebuild which claimed the highest score in the State at the time of ranking. Remodeling and rebuilding America's existing housing stock is the "greenest" construction of all.

This sounds great, I travel through Michigan every now and then and would like to check out the rehab center. Will definitely subscribe to their list.
