Under Option 2, revise the first paragraph to read as follows:

Existing:
‘Adopt a Natural Resource Conservation and Restoration Plan within the last five years or develop one based on the study carried out under NS Prerequisite: Ecosystem Assessment to meet requirements for ANY three features of the ecosystems’

Plan and Design:
"Adopt a Natural Resource Conservation and Restoration Plan within the last five years or develop one based on the study carried out under NS Prerequisite: Ecosystem Assessment to meet requirements of ANY two features of the ecosystems. Adopt policies or regulations to support the execution of the Plan"
