Delete Option 1. No Off-street Parking and rename Option 2. Reduce Parking as follows:
"Option 1. No Parking or Reduce Parking"

In the paragraph beginning "Provide parking capacity that is..." delete the language "recommended by the Parking Consultants Council, as shown in the Institute of Transportation Engineers' Transportation Planning Handbook, 4th edition, Table 11-12." and replace with with the following language:

"for parking spaces, by building type, found in Appendix 4. Table 1. Base Ratios for Parking.

Alternatively, projects may demonstrate baseline and reduced parking capacity using calculations for the most appropriate land use found in the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Parking Generation Manual, 5th Edition or a comparable and current resource applied by a qualified transportation engineer or planner.

Projects with no off-street parking meet the requirements."

Rename Option 3. Carshare as Option 2. Carshare

In the first paragraph beginning "Provide dedicated parking..." in the second sentence delete "at least one vehicle parking" and replace with "carshare vehicle parking" and delete "every 100 occupants" and replace with "at least 1% of total parking spaces". In the third sentence delete "occupants" and replace with "parking spaces".

After the first paragraph and before the paragraph beginning "Existing carshare vehicles located in nearby on- or off-street parking areas..." insert the following language as a new paragraph:

For existing carshare vehicle spaces already located within the project boundary, establish an agreement between the project and carshare company guaranteeing that the carshare vehicle space(s) will be dedicated for a minimum of two years from the certificate of building occupancy.

Rename Option 4. Unbundling Parking as Option 3. Unbundling Parking

After the first sentence beginning "Sell parking separately..." add the sentence:

For owner-occupied projects, do not provide free or subsidized parking for employees.

In the sentence beginning "Implement a daily parking fee...:" insert "roundtrip" between the words "daily" and "cost".
