Johnson Controls and IBM Join Forces for Smarter Buildings

Already considered industry leaders in building automation and management, Johnson Controls and IBM have partnered to offer a package of smart-building-related software, services, and other tools. The Smart Building Solution will offer building owners a way to track and manage energy use, space optimization, fuel use in vehicle fleets, and system integration. Johnson Controls and IBM will customize packages for each new project; a demonstration project is currently under development in the UK.
