Ashleigh Clyde

As Building Green’s Finance Manager, Ashleigh is responsible for the development and analysis of financial strategic plans, operational budgets, and the development and analysis of associated performance indicators.  Additionally, in her day-to-day she oversees all areas of finance including: payroll, accounts payable and receivables, project and event costing, cash management, general ledger, banking and reconciliations, sales tracking, and financial reporting.

Throughout Ashleigh’s career, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them in practical ways to achieve business objectives.  She has experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as managing financial systems and processes. A critical thinker and natural problem solver, Ashleigh is skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and is committed to driving continuous improvement and maximizing financial efficiency through data-driven insights and decision making. 

Prior to joining Building Green, Ashleigh lived overseas for eleven years throughout the Pacific and Southeast Asia regions working as an educator teaching finance, economics, biology, and chemistry.  Now residing on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, outside of the office Ashleigh enjoys spending time on the water (or in the water), hiking, reading, or running around with her four Labrador retrievers.
