Does anyone know how to deal with Commissioning of District Energy System (DES)? The project which I'm working on is situated in a city which is supplied with heat by a large District Energy System. It's impossible to make a commissioning of the whole system. How can I comply with the requirements of EA Cre 3? Is it enough to submit official documents obtained from the heat generating plant and distribution system owner saying that DES was properly commissioned and maintained?

Hi, I am experiencing some discrepancy between the written in the subject appendix and the LEED v3 Online submittal forms. We are working on a CS project that wants to achieve 100% of the potable water use for sewage conveyance. Credit WEc2 falls in Case B of the appendix, however there is no way to distinguish this in the submittal form and the basis for the flush fixture water use annual volume is the whole building (incl. the allowance we have made for tenant). Any thoughts?

I am trying to complete PI FORM 3: OCCUPANT AND USAGE DATA. However, I cannot seem to find the location to enter the male to female ratio. How do you account for how many of the FTE are male and how many are female?

I've worked on half a dozen LEED projects, and am about to start my first LEED-H home. I'm putting together a proposal, but I have no idea how much the fees would be for the Rater & Provider. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any rules of thumb?

I am confused on the Occupant Information section. We are building a conference center which will most likely have non 8-hour work days. How do I calculate FTEs. Does someone have a FTE tool?

Do I need to list out office space versus conference room versus copy room etc. on the Space Usage Type of this form?

What about regional priority credits outside the US concerning to LEED Neighbourhood Development certification system? I have seen they exists for LEED NC, C&S, Schools, Retail , CI, EBOM, but nothing related to LEED ND.
