They do, seriously. They are fine people with tons of information, and without them, all of us Architects would be, well, out of luck.
So, we first want to say THANK YOU to all of our contractor friends who took part in our Contractor Coffee Talk on Tuesday. THAT WAS AWESOME!
We learned things like:

We have all these resources out here in the ether but it’s so hard to pull them into one spot! I was asked, last minute to join a client call today to help convince both the client (affordable housing developer) and the mechanical engineers to "stick with" a commitment to 100% electric design that was publicly stated when the competition was... There seems to be a slight glitch in that it was posting Seonhee's picture (love Snoopy!) for the post that Duane sent in - is that correctable?
**Just noticed that you can click on the "Edit" tab on the post and correct (e.g. mis-spelled names (Sorry, Seonhee!).**

My team member is leaving Webcor, and unfortunately that means we have to fill her big shoes with someone new! I thought I'd reachout here and see if you know anyone of high caliber looking for a Sustainability Manager position? Hi everyone,
We're pitching a green wall to a client for a project in NYC and are looking for recommendations on systems/companies. We've done them locally, but the company we've worked with only services the Boston area. There are so many companies out there now that we'd rather go with one that's recommended. Thanks in advance for... Read more

Hello, Green Gurus!
It was lovely to see some familiar faces (and names) in this afternoon's webinar about Low Carbon Specs. Has anyone used Fitwel... Read more

Many of you know him from the early days of the SDL group, or as an outsized presence at any of the many conferences where we overlap. He's been a list-maker, poll-taker and all around troublemaker in my life for over 20 years; I know I am... Read more
