Greetings all, and welcome to all those who already introduced themselves!  My name is Steven Burke and I am a Sustainability Manager at Consigli Construction in Massachusetts.  We are East Coast only, but we have a few offices from DC up to Maine.  I’ve been helping Jenn and Nadav get this group up and running, and I’m relatively new to the... Hi All,

In case you haven't been following State news lately, Massachusetts has a pretty major climate bill on the Governor's desk right now.  He has through tomorrow to either sign or veto it.  There's a ton of support from the bill from advocate groups.  MA AIA and the BSA both wrote letters to the Governor in support.  This only... Hello all,

Our firm recently signed onto the Material Pledge and while there is no reporting requirements at this time we are wondering how other architectural firms are, or plan to, report projects.

Thanks for any insight that can be shared!

Biophilic design features are not just aesthetically pleasing; researchers have found that patients heal faster, workers are more productive, and children learn better when more elements of nature are present.

And yet there are still very few projects developed today that inspire a connection to life and the natural world. Some people... Read more

Hi All,
We have a project in design with a large AV display for updating data. Anyone know of an AV team that thinks through both visual /acoustic performance in conjunction with energy use and environmental impact of the display? Replies on the peer networks hub or directly to me at alk@dskap.com work.

Thank you!

Sometimes referred to as “the dark side”, the construction industry isn’t actually so bad.  We are mostly good people.  And, we need good people.

Consigli is hiring a Sustainability Manager to work in Massachusetts, and we could use your help to fill the role.  If you or someone you know is brimming with the sustainability force, please... Read more

We are looking into organics collection service in our corporate office in NYC. Is anyone else in this group composting at their corporate offices? I'm hoping to build a business case, so I'd like to highlight other firms in this group who are actively managing this process.
