Hi,
Does anyone have experience or advice with installing temporary weather stations to gather data? We have a couple of projects coming up on existing occupied sites, and I would like to get what data I can from the sites to supplement the city weather file which is, as always, measured absolutely miles from site. There are thousands of... Read more

At the recent All Networks Workshop in Seattle, I listened with interest to some conversation about including sustainability goals, KPI's, critical materials lists, and other related topics on a G-sheet in the drawing set. Dear SDL community,
I am supporting one of our health authorities in developing a business case for regenerating healthcare infrastructure as part of the indicative design for a new hospital and cancer centre. We have a project that is looking for plaster/stucco/textured wall products that are sustainable, or “more sustainable.”
I know these products exist, but I haven’t had to spec or work with any, so I’m reaching out.
The project is in MA, so I'm also soliciting recommendations for products and/or companies who are experienced using... Read more

My business plan is to buy existing buildings, renovate them to net zero, and then sell or rent them.
I... Read more

I am diving back into Sefaira for the first time in a while, and the program still seems to be missing the ability to account for automatic daylight dimming in energy savings. Previously I had used an LPD reduction equivalent to emulate the savings automatic dimming would provide. Has anyone done a similar work-around?
