We are currently in the process of expanding our firmwide carbon reporting (and goal setting). I am looking to see if anyone has some "best practices" or examples of their own firm's journey to carbon neutrality. Any info or tips are welcome!

Has anyone here performed circadian lighting studies for WELL using rhino/grasshopper (Lark Spectral Lighting)? 

It seems that Lark can only simulate circadian metrics for daylighting, and NOT electric lighting.  Can anyone shed some light on this?  pun intended :)

Folks, would love to hear what software you're for in-house daylighting/energy performance modeling at the SD/DD level. I am looking for examples of adaptive reuse projects that have addressed current or future flooding by elevating floors from the existing condition.

I've been hearing recommendations for bipolar ionization, as a way to filter airborne virus particles in HVAC systems while avoiding the energy penalty of increased ventilation. However, I've also heard that ionizing equipment is dangerous because it produces ozone.
