Hi all - Can you help me with a list of states with pending electrification/fossil fuel free ordinances? I am providing some technical aasistance for an article that is going to press soon. The author has listed WA, CO, and MA but I'm unsure how far each of these go and if it's technically correct to call them electrification ordinances.

Has anyone heard of floating solar technology? I can't think of an application other than covering power plant retention or agricultural waste lagoons. In trying to help a client write a case study on avoided carbon by using slag and flyash, I am having trouble finding a one for one equivalency that can be verified.

I have found for one pound of flyash, one pound of carbon is saved - but I can't verify that.

I had a client ask recently if there is a 'better' global social justice tool than ILFI's JUST for use outside the U.S.
