Hi folks,

We had a great conversation about this today, following up on a past agenda item that we didn't get to, but that Kim wrote about a few weeks ago on a different thread. He said:

We didn't get to item 7:  "Question about company size as a qualification for the network".  I'd like to offer this input:  I'd like to open it... Read more

Hi All:

Several of us have been meeting on a weekly basis to discuss LMN's Path to Zero Carbon Series. Each week we have a new facilitator who leads the discussion of a single post. We've had great discussions and are creating "Call to Action" items for each post to amplify the message..."It's not about the glory, it's about the ripples... Read more

Older buildings—especially those from the 1950s, ’60s, and ’70s—need our help. Many leave something to be desired in terms of aesthetics and comfort. But the truth is that they are part of the urban and suburban fabric now, and they aren’t going anywhere. As tempting as it might seem to tear them all down and replace them with high-performance... Phil has a very interesting posture about AI... Read more
