I'm just wondering if anyone is using GBCI's Better Materials site as their go-to source for transparency and healthy materials. Having all the search engines on one platform is great in theory, and I keep hoping that it will be the one-stop site/resource that I can get all our designers to use. Unless I'm missing something though, it still... Read more

Good Afternoon -
I'm wondering if anyone has a sample project wellness plan or survey that they'd be willing to share? The 2.0 says additional resources are coming soon but I have a few project engineers that want to help get these going and are looking for a starting point.
You can email me direct if you don't want to post here... Read more

Received answers from below questions from NIST Andy Persily
1. Is there a preferred bookends range of CO2 for both “optimal” energy and human performances?
Andy: No
2.Is the ASHRAE ventilation of 1000-1200 ppm average, probably not based on performance, suggesting current ventilation rate is sub-optimal with cognitive... Read more

I thought this group might be interested as well so here is the link... Read more

Has anyone had experience with retrofitting a passive house door with electronic hardware or have they used a door that is already fitted with electronic hardware?

Hello everyone,
We are far too often asked to include parking in our buildings (because why shouldn't the average family have 2.1 kids, .8 pets, and 3 cars) and it always grates on me that we are putting so many resources (natural and monetary) into something that is almost certainly single use and will need to be demolished in 30 years... I'm curious if anyone can share their strategy on indoor air quality for the return to office. Is this something that is prioritized at your firm from a wellbeing standpoint and with the current health crisis at hand?
