Hello, what acceptable levels of air quality are you using to evaluate natural ventilation strategies for your projects? In our Living Building we only open windows when PM10, PM2.5, etc. are within LBC and WELL limits. In a seasonally smoggy urban environment, this limits how often we can utilize natural ventilation even if the outside... Read more

One question I have--maybe just reveals my ignorance--but it seems to leave the door open to steam hookups, which I guess are still an option through much of... Read more

Hi all,
My office is looking at some certification options for our upcoming renovation. One thing the management team asked me that I don't have a solid answer for is, do WELL certified spaces typically go through with recertification and everything it entails, or are they doing the upfront work to get certified and then letting it lapse... Hi All -
With the holidays coming up and budgeting for 2023 - do we have any information on when and where a mini summit will be? I heard rumors of Arizona? Hoping to come but need the info as soon as I can.

This might be going down a rabbit hole, but in moving to California this year I noticed that "zero net energy" (ZNE) is the standard term, whereas "net zero energy" (NZE) was more common back east.
