I am hoping someone can point me in the direction of any higher ed campus standards or policies focused on plug load management, occupant behavior related to energy, etc. I'm especially interested in any examples of communications to faculty or students encouraging behaviors that reduce energy consumption. For those who work for companies that track and offset their carbon each year, how do you do it? Looking for best practices and how you vetted where to send your money. Don't need insight on quantifying carbon footprint, just offsetting.  Thanks!

Does anyone know where one can locate weather files (EPW) that has predicted future data for climate change?

Do you know something about power purchas agreements, on or off-site?  I understand that they are legal in Washington and Oregon, where most of my projects are, but I haven't come across anyone who has used one on a project.  If you have some experience or expertise, it would be great to hear from you.  

Mithun has a part-time employee Jake Minden who is a graduate student at the University of Washington. Jake is participating in a year-long research fellowship focused on equitable design practice. He has developed a survey to collect perceptions of workplace culture.
