Hi Gurus,
As some of you may remember, my spouse, Moshe Cohen did a short negotiation mini-training at SDL some years ago - but there's many of you who weren't there - so this is for you!
He will be doing a training in two parts on Nov 17 and 24th from 9-12 EST. He's the BEST (even objectively!!) and honestly, if you want to... Read more

Hey All,
I wish I could brag about the tremendous success Integrus has had in conducting a robust LCA on every project. Our goal is to use Tally to conduct a WBLCA on every project, but we are struggling with issues with staff time, project schedules, scarcity of expertise, and not having a streamlined process to produce reliable... I have to admit that I wasn't particularly paying attention to LEED during Greenbuild, but anyone recall the "big announcement by USGBC" that LEED v4.1 is coming?
Article can be found @ Green Building Law Update by Stuart Kaplow and the title is "LEED v4.1 Announced by USGBC at Greenbuild."

Hello, All! We haven't run WBLCA on a project that may include electrochromic glazing before, and it's embodied carbon footprint is really high in comparison to a more traditional double or triple pane IGU (we thought it would be higher, but this is 3-4x higher). The EPD we have from Sage Glass for their triple pane electrochromic lists a GWP... Read more

Hi folks,
With all the build-up to Greenbuild (don't miss the Tuesday Show-and-Tell if you'll be in town!), I nearly forgot about another opportunity, coming up sooner! Greetings,
I'm looking for recommendations from this esteemed group for 3rd-party vendors/verifiers of GHG emissions to support our CSR initiatives. We currently have a provider, but our company has grown to the point to where we need to transition from "analaog" reporting (location by location) to a higher level of service offering (... Has anyone found any options to recycle safety vests, or discovered an upcycling option for them? We are about to replace all of our vests company-wide and will have thousands that we don't want in the waste stream and we don't want to be reused as safety vests. Any thoughts or ideas would be great!
Thanks and I hope everyone is... Read more

I've been asked to author an article on urban heat mitigation, and I wanted to include a plug for the above pilot credit, which I think is a really powerful new addition to LEED. Beyond introducing the "intent" and "credit requirements", I was also hoping to do (2) things within the article:
1) provide some feedback from those who have... Read more
