We have used SEI in the past, but would like to develop a deeper bench and approach it from another angle. We aren’t too concerned about the consultant’s location, but are looking for someone that is on top of the current... Read more

Everyone agreed during last Friday's meeting that we want to call the site BITuser. The question, however, is what domain name should be used.
Whatever domain name is chosen, it will redirect to the actual site URL -- https://bituser.buildinggreen.com (similar to how LEEDuser.com redirects to https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com).

There seems to be a slight glitch in that it was posting Seonhee's picture (love Snoopy!) for the post that Duane sent in - is that correctable?

It has been my great pleasure to serve the AIA's COTE Top Ten review process, both as a main juror and, most recently, as one of the technical review team. I have specifically reviewed the Discovery and Energy measures for the past few years. I will be serving again on the 2021 team. The AIA has already received many more... Read more

The ASHRAE Conference staff is looking for more architecture sustainability leadership for planning their Integrated Design & Construction Conference (i'm sure they'd take contractors too!). Lake|Flato developed a project process road map as an internal project management tool over a decade ago, and we're looking into updating it. It serves as a sort of "checklist" of major design, sustainability, and QA/QC milestones for each project phase. I know we've talked about similar tools at other firms at past SDL summits, so wanted to... Read more
