I know of this energycodes.gov site, but it feels somewhat misleading when you dig into it. Some options are PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, PipeFlow (eerily similar name to first option), COMSOL Pipe Flow Module. 

Applications could range from general system troubleshooting, pump sizing, to district hydronic system network analysis.

At our SAL call today, folks were talking about how there was just too much to read about DEI.
