For us, these relate to two specific factors:

Related to some recent questions on site-specific sun/wind analysis and early energy modeling tools, are there any tools that account for nearby topography (like bluffs) or large buildings/vegetation in energy calculations? BuildingGreen does not approve any flooring product that is made with tire-derived rubber, though some products may be appropriate for exterior use.
