AIA Fellows Announced

The American Institute of Architects has announced the admission of 76 architects to its College of Fellows for 2007. Elected to the position by a jury of their peers, fellows are recognized for their design achievements and for their service to the profession and the public. Among the fellows recognized were several who specialize in green design: Paula Baker-Laporte, principal of Baker-Laporte and Associates in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Edward J. Cazayoux, professor at the University of Southwestern Louisiana; William Edgerton of The Oak Hill Fund in Charlottesville, Virginia; Bert Gregory, president of Mithun Architects in Seattle; John Holton, research project manager at IBACOS in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Ross Spiegel, senior specification writer at Fletcher-Thompson in Shelton, Connecticut; and Larry Strain of Siegel & Strain Architects in Emeryville, California.
