Hi all - I heard from sevearl of you at Greenbuild that you have learned from and perhaps even shared the Path To Zero Carbon series internally at your firms and externally. As I mentioned at Greenbuild, we are attempting to hand off the series to a non-profit, with the idea that groups of experts (including many of you, I hope!) will provide... Read more

Good evening,
I am looking for suggestions to replace"wood" siding at the 25-year-old Lyle Center for Regenerative Studies and as always there is no solution that does it all. There seem to be three main options: wood, composition siding, or fiber cement siding. I am looking for something with low embodied carbon, little maintenance,... Read more

Dear all,
For a specific existing building application, we are looking for a half inch insulating glazing unit, preferably with low-e coating. Based on my research, 5/8" seems to be doable (1/8" glass + 3/8" air gap + 1/8" glass) but I'm yet to find a viable 1/2" solution. Have you come across any on your projects? Thanks for your... So, if you're thinking of someone to invite or come across... Read more

Hi All!
We have had a few multi-family projects consider this single package vertical unit with integrated ERV, but we haven't pulled the trigger for fear of the unknown. Our local engineers aren't sure how it actually performs and worry it may not meet code requirements for separation between exhaust and intake. Has anyone else used... Read more

Hello!

Do any of you out there know of current/recent owners executing performance... Read more
