Does anyone have an idea when the AIA Materials Pledge Reporting Framework will be available? Or is there a draft of what it looks like?
BWBR is on a push to refine our approach towards materials. As AIA Material's Pledge signatory, we were hoping to incorporate the reporting framework into our efforts. Trying to get a sense of the... Read more

They can be climate-positive and can transform existing dwellings into multigenerational homes to give people the ability to age in place. This feature focuses on how the construction of ADUs is an opportunity to build something... Read more

In trying to help a client write a case study on avoided carbon by using slag and flyash, I am having trouble finding a one for one equivalency that can be verified.
I have found for one pound of flyash, one pound of carbon is saved - but I can't verify that.
Appreciate the feedback!

Hi all,
We're seeing more interest and desire for outdoor work spaces, and as we consider the design implications around working outdoors, teams have been asking about wind comfort. Hi folks,
We had a great conversation about this today, following up on a past agenda item that we didn't get to, but that Kim wrote about a few weeks ago on a different thread. He said:
We didn't get to item 7: "Question about company size as a qualification for the network". I'd like to offer this input: I'd like to open it... Read more

I am still basking in the afterglow of this week's summit, and getting ready to share nuggets of wisdom with my colleagues at our all-staff next week. I was so immersed in the moment that documenting the outlines and choices presented for breakouts slipped my mind. Is there somewhere to access these slides to refresh my memory?

We have a project that is looking for plaster/stucco/textured wall products that are sustainable, or “more sustainable.”
