Love the profile of Anica as the "featured member" on AIA's website--congratulations, Anica!
It's great to see the "just do it" attitude to achieving the 2030 goals: "We do not rely on clients to tell us to design a high-performance building; we are going to do it anyway, it's our job."

We've been doing some work gathering actual energy data on our recent projects. (In January we actually issued a report on 21 public buildings ).
One of the biggest issues is getting access to the actual data - many clients don't want to share.

Hi! Just saw this White House press release stating that federal suppliers will need to report on scope 1 & 2, and relevant scope 3 emissions and climate-related financial risks as well as set science-based emission reduction targets. Hi all,
I'm curious how various firms are approaching their own office projects, re green building certifications. I'm especially interested in medium-large firms that have multiple offices, but policies and processes from small firms may still be instructive.
Do you have a firm-wide policy or is it a case-by-case thing? Has... Read more
