We have a client who is asking us to design a roughly 10 ksf Wellness Center for PHIUS 2021 certification.  The program includes several high density assembly type spaces - roughly 300 person peak occupant load for the building.  The Criteria Calculator that the architect showed us puts the building peak cooling load at 4 BTUH/sf (3000 sf/ton... Is LEED Online mind-numbingly slow today for anyone else? Or is it just me? I may give up and try again tomorrow. Frustrating as I was hoping to submit a final review today. :(

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully adopted a Revit to ClimateStudio workflow with their new export tool? Right now we are using cove.tool because it works reasonably well with iterative Revit modeling, but are itching to try a more accurate and nuanced alternative.

Thanks for any and all experiences!

Hi gurus,

Do any of you have preferred portable devices for indoor air quality monitoring? I know it's hard to find apples to apples, but ideally temperature, CO2, VOC, PM2.5, PM5 would be on the list. Mid-level accuracy - better than consumer, not as $ as IAQ professional level. Thanks!

Anyone has experience with CertiPUR-US? I’m having a hard time finding assurance documentation for foam padding for seating.

I would appreciate any feedback or experience on CertiPUR-US program or any recommendations on product.
