Hello, All,
Does anyone have experience with cove.tool (https://covetool.com/)? Perhaps for those projects that may not get fully modeled, or as a tool to help set baselines? It came across our radar recently, and I'm wondering if the subscription might be worth a try.
Thanks!

Has anyone had experience working with Hyper Metro (http://hypermetro.co/)? If so, did you find this company to provide value especially in dense urban environments where on-site segregation poses challenges to manage multiple C&D material streams on site? Hyper Metro claims to be able to provide rebates and to pay us for our trash.

Hi all, are there requirements to include/submit backup documentation to the CC excel template? Or is it just the template itself that gets submitted? The question is coming up from our leadership over what documents are public vs internal.

Last summer I shared a request here for folks to take a survey we had open that aimed to understand how architects and engineers are (or aren't) using climate projections to inform design. This white paper, written in collaboration with HGA and the University of Minnesota Climate Adaptation Partnership, reports on the results of that research. ... Read more

Our firm held off from signing the AIA Materials Pledge because it was perceived as a feel-good commitment to promise to have good intentions, with no tracking. To piggyback off Nathan's introduction where he mentions construction waste management, who is doing anything innovative or different in managing construction waste?
