Has anyone done a LEED Homes and a NGBS certification and have insight into the differences, challenges, etc between the two?

Zero Tool has an expired certificate and isn't functioning. https://zerotool.org/zerotool/

I've emailed info@architecture2030.org but nothing yet. Anyone have any suggestions for contacting the administrators?

Checking in on experience with Armstrong's Tectum E-N with NEOPOR Graphite polysytrene GPS rigid foam insulation core in roof panels for exposed structure?
BASF says that NEOPOR uses up to 30% less material than other rigid foam; it is greenguard gold cerified.

I'm wondering if people are seeing any increase in WELL or Fitwel certification interest? Or any other 3rd party systems aimed at health and wellness? WELL seems like a higher bar and now WELL v2 offers more flexibility. Is interest and adoption of 3rd party health and wellness certs growing?
