Anyone has experience with CertiPUR-US? I’m having a hard time finding assurance documentation for foam padding for seating.
I would appreciate any feedback or experience on CertiPUR-US program or any recommendations on product.

There has been some great press in the last couple of days related to Healthy Building Network's (HBN) newly released report "Chlorine & Building Materials Project". That report is over 200 pages long, but there is some great commentary available that makes the top issues much quicker to grasp.

I know many of your firms do landscape design, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of a new and pretty impressive conceptual calculator to estimate the carbon impacts (emissions and sinks) of landscape design. Hi Green Gurus,
A "fun" take-away from the sustainable MEP Leaders Summit (just ended today):
Inspired by Passive House, we are embarking on a campaign: "Low Load Buildings Are SEXY".
One idea we have is: what if the AIA design awards set limits on metrics like heating loads to meet basic eligibility?
If you have... Read more

Has anyone used the new 3M Smog-Eating Granules on a roof before? Malarkey and Soprema are offering this as an option for their roof shingles. Seems like a great technology for urban areas, but I'd be curious to see if anyone here has actually successfully specified and installed it.

1. Is there a preferred bookends range of CO2 for both “optimal” energy and human performances?

Has anyone had experience either taking or delivering a Carbon Cure CEU that ISN'T from Carbon Cure?
