Hi Green Gurus,
In this stressful time, I think it is important for us to continue to feel connected and supported. Also, it is difficult to come to terms with the reality of what is happening. So, I thought it would be helpful for us to share some information about the response of our respective firms to the Coronavirus.

Greetings, SDL network - We are attempting to resolve an issue with how data center projects calculate baseline EUIs for the AIA 2030 Commitment and could use some help from this network. For example, in CO, it suggests there is no min code, but there is, and it doesn’t show the extent to which local govs are... Read more

Hi!
I'd love to hear what you all--especially the New Yorkers--think about the newly adopted gas ban. Is this the bill we were hoping to see? Any concerns or questions?
One question I have--maybe just reveals my ignorance--but it seems to leave the door open to steam hookups, which I guess are still an option through much of... Read more

Hi All,
I will be catching up on learning units over Thanksgiving weekend and I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the challenge of credential maintenance of their CPHD? Ideally we would have a client go for Passive House accreditation on a project, but lacking that, how are folks maintaining their 20 credits per year? For... Read more

Is anyone aware of research or guidance that has looked at VOC’s from roofing products and ventilation intakes? I’ve done some searching, and focus is mainly on managing the construction process to reduce installer exposure.
Thanks for any help!
