Hello- If you use Procore....

Are your jobs using a template to conduct and create "reports" of their IAQ inspections? Did you set it up in forms or inspections? Would you mind sharing an example template with me? I know Green Badger has a great app to do this, which we use. We would use inspections in Procore for jobs that are not using... Read more

Hi everyone,
The city of Portland recently expanded acceptable certifications for affordable housing projects they provide funding for to include Enterprise Green Communities Certification. Hello everyone!

A small subgroup SCL members have been working on writing a response the presentation Wes Sullens gave us at the Summit this past winter. It's been a long process but the letter and all it's reccomendations are drafted and ready to present. The group felt it prudent to post the response here first for a short public... Read more

Hey, everyone. As some of you might have heard, we’ve been working for a while with Autodesk to get c.scale (the data model behind EPIC) built into Forma – Autodesk’s AI-powered planning tool. Forma is packaged within Autodesk’s AEC collection and most firms using Revit should already have access. This integration is... Read more

Hello, All!  I'm hoping for your help to keep a green roof on a project of ours.  We have a large healthcare project in the Midwest that is coming in over budget.  To avoid losing our extensive green roof, I'm looking for alternate sources of funding - grants, private sources, etc.  Has anyone gone down this path before and have shareable... BuildingGreen recommends low-emitting acoustic ceilings that do not contain formaldehyde resins or PVC coatings. Here is a fundamental question regarding measuring operational carbon emissions that I'm sure many of you can clarify for me:  Let's say you are considering design options and you want to know the relative contribution of GWP of adding an additional inch of continuous insulation to the building envelope.  The GWP from embodied carbon will... I'm looking to compile an outdoor weather station for a local project, and we'd like to add local outdoor CO2 information to our data. I usually work with Onset HOBO products, but they don't offer an outdoor CO2 sensor. Their weather stations can take data from any CO2 sensor with an analog output - does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm working with a project team that is looking into bird control options to prevent nesting/roosting/pooping on the scrim that is designed to scrim their building's facade.  They are looking at electrified tape, repellents, laser systems, etc -- Options that don't dramatically impact the building design.  The products they're looking at claim... Hi All,

Has anyone successfully adopted a Revit to ClimateStudio workflow with their new export tool? Right now we are using cove.tool because it works reasonably well with iterative Revit modeling, but are itching to try a more accurate and nuanced alternative.

Thanks for any and all experiences!

Hello lovely Green Gurus. Hope you all are well. I am wondering if anyone has installed an indoor sports floor that performed well and is low-emitting. This is for a multi-purpose gymnasium at a community center. Any chance?  Thanks All!
