Has anyone seen a comparison between IECC 2021 and previous versions of the energy code, including ASHRAE 2010? I'm curious how far ahead code buildings are relative to LEED v4.0, and how much the latest IECC raises the bar relative to the previous. I did a quick search for the LBNL and other studies that look at this, but didn't see anything... Read more

Does anyone have any research studies they could share on the effect of construction/renovation noise and activity on employee productivity? I'm trying to make a case for the measurable negative impacts of having ongoing renovation construction activity in an office environment. Thanks!

We have an environmentally-minded client who asked us to look into an alternative to the blue adhesive film that is typically used to seal uninstalled ducts for IAQ purposes. I am now embarking on the home page design, but before I get started I need input on what you'd like to have there. Does anyone have install experience with Duracryl yet? I'm looking at it for a large project in place of Marmoleum. We've had multiple instances of install failures with Marmoleum, which leads to lots of finger pointing.
