BGI recognzed by HBN

is proud to join the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and Kaiser Permanente in receipt of

Leadership Awards from the Healthy Building Network. Winners were selected for their “actions that have accelerated the transition to building materials that reduce health and environmental hazards throughout their lifecycles.” EBN was recognized specifically for “its work reporting on the PVC issue in a thorough and objective manner, and for its lonesome call for a CCA lumber phaseout in 1997.” The awards were presented on November 13 in Austin, Texas, prior to a screening of the documentary

Blue Vinyl.
