Lifecycle Building Challenge Accepting Entries

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and partners have announced the Lifecycle Building Challenge, a competition focused on design strategies that promote design for disassembly and product stewardship. The panel of judges includes Vivian Loftness, FAIA, of the School of Architecture at Carnegie Mellon University; Lance Hosey, AIA, of William McDonough+Partners; and EBN executive editor Alex Wilson. The competition is free and open to both students and professionals, who must register by April 15, 2007. Entries must be submitted electronically and are due May 15, 2007.
