NYSERDA Announces Grants for New Technologies

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking proposals to develop, demonstrate, or commercialize innovative building products and systems. Eligible projects must be new technologies or substantial improvements to existing technologies, according to NYSERDA, and must yield energy and environmental benefits in New York State. NYSERDA plans to award up to $750,000 through several awards of up to $200,000 each; projects are expected to match NYSERDA’s funding. Proposals are due September 12, 2005.
