We're designing a system based on renewable energy installation for new construction. A part of this installation would performed by aerotermal energy. In the LEED reference guide, Aerothermal energy doesn't appear in the list of possible energies.

To meet the crèdit -Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance- and Leed V.4
does warehouses require ventilation? and if the answer is yes, with natural ventilation is it enough? or require mechanical ventilation?

If the % male-female is 50%-50%, it might point to 50% in "percent of occupants" cell each. Or the excel applies the % gender automatically.

What is the process to follow?

If I registry the project in LEED EBOM rating system, will I have available the date of first LEED EBOM certificate?

It is making energy simulation for a logistic center for storage.
Local regulations based on European regulations not required to be heated, instead ASHRAE required to be heated.

How should we consider it? (Heated, semi-heated or unheated)
