The zEPI ACP is an pilot credit that can be used in place of the Optimize Energy Performance credit.

It also appears in the innovation drop-down. Does using this ACP qualify as an innovation credit?

I’m working on an existing building re-certification in Calgary AB, and have already uploaded some documents to the ARC platform. According to the instructions, the score should update automatically so I can review and make improvements, but it hasn’t changed at all.

I’ve tried contacting CAGBC and reaching out to Arc Skoru via email, but I haven’t had any luck getting a clear answer. Does anyone have a direct contact or number I can use to get support and look into a specific project with me?

The majority of our project footprint is a permanent air supported dome sports facility and have not been able to find precedent of such projects earning certification.

We are trying to determine the feasibility of meeting ASHRAE 90.1 mandatory provisions, and if not, discover what optioins would be available for alternative compliance.

Does anyone have any experience with similar buildings?

If I have a lounge \ cafe trying to accomplish the credit of acoustic performance, under which category would be rated if it is an open space only with a division floor to ceiling in the service area and bathrooms, it's a space for around 50 people with the middle presence of a bar and a side cafe with lounge tables?

Our project is a community centre that includes a field house structure on site. The fieldhouse is partially enclosed, with the other portion covered by a canopy. Would this structure have to b eincluded within the projects LEED Boundary?

I have a question about printer room exhuast fan. The mechanical designer wants to recirculate the exhuast air from the printer room due to some costing issue and etc, I know it is not permitted to recirculate the air from the printer room, but what if they put filter on the exhuast air stream of the printer room, can the air then been cleaned to be recirculated? does anyone has experience on recirculating the exhaust room using any strategy?

Any guidance on how to achieve this credit in a multifamiliar building?

Have y'all found any handy tools similar to the HUD or Opportunity Zone maps that we typically use for US projects...but for Canada? Looking specifically at the greater Toronto area for now, but curious about other areas, too.
