Our project is pursing LEED BD+C v4 EQpc44.

I have a question regarding the ergonomic specialist hired to design an ergonomic strategy for the project.

Our project is public and since this, the ergonomic specialist will not be hired before the construction starts, because this project goes first to a contest and then this specialist could be hired. 

So as we are on the design phase the only way that we have to  affirm that this specialist will be hired is by the written commitment of the owner's representative and also specifying it in the contract with the company chosen 

I don't know if you can recommend me something else.

I am working on a project which is located in an industrial park in Spain. To achieve the credit of surrounding density and diverse uses, I have located a gas station and a Lindt chocolate shop, that both are within the distance required. My question is if these two uses are valid to be count as diverse uses in this category or not, because they are not contemplated in the guide's list.

We need to obtain the benchmarking of energy consumption to compare the data of our client.

Do you know where we can get it?
Do you know links or sites where can get them?
Or does LEED or USGBC have information to be able to buy the consumptions of our client?

Im wondering if the concept of "Open space" include vegetated interior areas within a project, or if it´s just exterior areas, because in the project which I am working with, there is a big yard inside the building, will be a pitty if it cant be counted.

I have a doubt regarding to this credit.

I want to know if orchards, hydroponics and walls with plants, can be considered as a vegetated areas to be count as restored habitat.

The credit is not specific enough (as it is in the energy metering credit). Does installing several meters for different areas of the irrigation area (located in different parts of the project) ok?

And the same occurs for the indoor plumbing fictures: is installing one or two meters per floor ok? The latter would help for leak detection?

Could we consider physically accesible a roof open to all tenants but without an elevator (the only way to get there is through the stairs)?

Hello, I have a question regarding the OPR and BOD documents. 

If I am in the design phase, attempting just to the design credits, do I have to presents both documents? Even though these documents (OPR/BOD) are within a constructuction credit?
